Refund Policy

14-Day "Setup or Refund" Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and accessibility of Empire OS. Our 14-day guarantee ensures you can access and set up your system without technical barriers. If you experience issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, we will provide a full refund.

Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds are granted within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the platform or content
  • Missing features or content advertised on the sales page
  • Service incompatibility with stated requirements
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • System does not match the description provided

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided in the following circumstances:

  • Business performance, revenue, or profit expectations not met
  • User changed their mind or no longer wants the service
  • User did not use or implement the systems provided
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • User violated Terms of Service
  • User already received a refund for Empire OS in the past

Free Trial Cancellation

Starter and Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was processed. Cancellations must be completed before the trial end date to avoid charges.

Founder Plan Policy

The Founder plan ($997) does not include a free trial and is billed immediately. However, it includes a 30-day full refund guarantee for any reason. This extended guarantee reflects our commitment to ensuring Founder members receive exceptional value.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@empireos.com within 14 days of purchase (30 days for Founder plan)
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Post-Refund Access

Once a refund is processed, your access to Empire OS will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to access the platform, content, community, or any associated materials. All downloaded templates and frameworks must not be used after a refund is issued.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

For ongoing monthly subscriptions, refunds apply only to the current billing period. Previous months are not refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds are provided.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your account and inability to purchase Empire OS in the future. Please contact our support team to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
