By accessing Empire OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Service Description

Empire OS provides business frameworks, automation templates, dashboard systems, educational content, and community access to help creators build and scale their businesses. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Subscription and Billing

Starter and Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Founder plan has no trial period and bills immediately upon purchase.

• All subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if you haven't completed setup

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day "Setup or Refund" guarantee for all plans. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the system, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This does not apply to performance-based expectations or business results.

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share, resell, or distribute Empire OS content without permission
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, and materials provided through Empire OS are the intellectual property of Harrington Systems. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own business purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Empire OS provides systems and education to help structure and scale businesses. Results vary based on individual execution, market conditions, and effort. We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Past testimonials and case studies are not indicative of future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Harrington Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
